□ Unveiled a transformed ‘way of working’ driven by AI agents, with tailored demonstrations for the public, financial, and manufacturing sectors
- Scenario depicting a day in the life of a government official transformed by AI agents received positive responses from visitors
□ Highlighted true ‘AI full-stack’ capabilities encompassing AI infrastructure, platforms, and solutions
□ Participating in government-wide common AI infrastructure and intelligent work management platform projects, helping South Korea emerge as one of the top 3 major AI powerhouses

Samsung SDS participated in ‘CES 2026,’ the world’s largest IT and consumer electronics exhibition. At the event, it showcased its AI full-stack capabilities with cases of its AI agent-based work innovation. The company emphasized its role as the optimal work innovation partner to drive AI transformation of enterprises.

□ Demonstrating Transformed ‘Way of Working’ Driven by AI Agents

Samsung SDS prepared an exclusive exhibition room to allow customers to experience firsthand how AI agents are transforming the way work is done. The company presented various AI agent scenarios, focused on the daily routines of employees in the public, financial, and manufacturing sectors. Scenarios readily applicable to real-world tasks – such as harmful video analysis and reporting, credit card application screening, and virtual customer research – were showcased. Notably, a scenario depicting a government official’s day transformed by AI agents received enthusiastic responses from attendees.

When the government official arrives at the office, Samsung SDS’s ‘Personal Agent’ immediately provides a briefing on the day’s schedule and tasks, along with the additional information and context needed to carry them out.

Following this, a video conference is held with related employees, using Samsung SDS’s generative AI-powered ‘Brity Meeting.’ Brity Meeting offers over 95% accuracy in voice recognition, supports more than 60 different languages, and provides AI translation and interpretation, allowing global collaborations without language barriers. The solution can also distinguish between multiple speakers in the same room, making it suitable for in-person meetings as well.

Even while on the go or working off-site, tasks can be performed through conversations with the Personal Agent, including checking and sending emails, and scheduling meetings via voice commands.

In the afternoon, AI agents assist the government official with harmful video analysis and the handling of harmful content reports. Without having to manually review numerous videos one by one, harmful videos can be accurately and quickly identified, while reports on case handling and drafts of related press releases are prepared through AI Agents.

By leveraging AI agents, the government official can save five hours and 20 minutes* (about 67% of daily work hours), allowing the time saved to be redirected toward core administrative tasks.

□ Demonstrating True ‘AI full-Stack’ Competitiveness Across AI Infrastructure, Platforms, and Solutions

To ensure stable AI agent services, Samsung SDS owns true ‘AI full-stack’ capabilities spanning AI infrastructure, platforms, and solutions.

In the AI infrastructure domain, Samsung SDS provides flexible cloud services tailored to customers’ environments, with the ‘Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP)’ at the core, alongside global cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Additionally, through collaboration with NVIDIA, Samsung SDS proactively adopted the latest B300 GPU model, building a high-performance AI infrastructure.

In terms of AI platform, Samsung SDS’s generative AI platform, ‘FabriX,’ seamlessly links various language models and enterprise systems. The platform offers global language models, as well as Samsung LLM. Additionally, Samsung SDS was the first Korean company to become a reseller partner of OpenAI’s ‘ChatGPT Enterprise,’ providing secure and scalable generative AI services for enterprises.

As for AI solutions, Samsung SDS provides its collaboration solution ‘Brity Works,’ combined with its generative AI service ‘Brity Copilot,’ and other global solutions -- emro, o9, Salesforce, Workday, and SAP -- in a customer-tailored manner to support AI innovations.

Moreover, Samsung SDS combines its long-standing consulting expertise with its experience in solution implementation across various industrial sectors and its cloud management (Managed Service Providers: MSP) capabilities to enhance its differentiated competitiveness.

□ Supporting South Korea’s Rise as One of the World’s Top Three Powerhouses by Promoting AI Transformation in the Public Sector

By leveraging its AI full-stack capabilities, Samsung SDS is actively contributing to the South Korean government’s initiative to make the country one of the world’s top three AI powerhouses.

As a private cloud service provider leveraging data center space at the Daegu Center of the National Information Resources Service, Samsung SDS is able to securely host key information systems for public organizations. Based on this, the company is implementing a government-wide common AI infrastructure project and an intelligent work management platform project led by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The government-wide common AI infrastructure project helps government departments and local authorities utilize generative AI services without security concerns. Samsung SDS’ FabriX was applied to this project.

The intelligent work management platform project involves migrating ‘On-nara BPS,’ used by approximately 300 public organizations and 720,000 civil servants, to a private-cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS). For this, Samsung SDS provides Brity Works and Brity Copilot.

June-hee Lee, President and CEO of Samsung SDS, said, “As the optimal partner for AI transformation of enterprise customers, we believe it is meaningful to showcase our AI full-stack capabilities at CES 2026. Building on the technologies showcased at the exhibition, we will actively support AI transformation across various sectors, including public, financial, and manufacturing.”

Meanwhile, through a recent organizational change, Samsung SDS established the ‘AX Center,’ which will serve as an AI Evangelist, to consolidate in-house AI platform capabilities and accelerate AI adoption of enterprise customers. This will further strengthen the company’s AI business.
