Samsung SDS Signs Reseller Partnership Agreement with OpenAI, First of Its Kind in Korea

On December 23rd, Samsung SDS announced that it had signed a reseller partnership agreement with OpenAI, becoming the first Korean company to offer OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise as well as provide technical support to enterprise customers in Korea.
ChatGPT Enterprise offers enterprise-grade security and privacy protection, along with faster performance. The service also provides specialized features for enterprises, including an expanded context window for handling longer inputs, advanced data analysis, and various customization options.
Samsung SDS will support enterprise customers end-to-end, from adoption to management, by providing technical support for adopting ChatGPT Enterprise, consulting, and security services.
Additionally, Samsung SDS will also provide consulting, implementation, and operational services by leveraging OpenAI API (Application Programming Interface).
With this partnership agreement, Samsung SDS can offer more diverse services to enterprise customers seeking AI transformation. Samsung SDS plans to combine its industry expertise with OpenAI’s technological power to further strengthen its competitiveness in the AI business.

Meanwhile, Samsung SDS will provide various promotional programs for early adopters, including configuration support, on-site training, and consulting on ChatGPT Enterprise.
