On September 11th, Samsung SDS will hold REAL Summit 2025 at COEX to showcase its AI agent technology-driven business innovation strategies.
Marking its 7th event this year, REAL Summit introduces the development direction of Samsung SDS’s solutions and services, while sharing customer application cases across various sectors. The event was organized to address diverse challenges faced by companies in the rapidly changing era of AI, and to support their business innovation. Anyone interested in the latest technologies, such as generative AI, cloud, data, and enterprise solutions, can attend the event.
Under the theme “Technology of Tomorrow into Technology for My Work,” Samsung SDS will showcase how corporate activities of tomorrow will change with generative AI.
June-hee Lee, President and CEO of Samsung SDS, will deliver his keynote speech under the theme ‘AI Transformation Journey with Samsung SDS.’ Following this keynote speech, Peter Pluim, President of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services; and Michael Dell, Chairman and CEO of DELL Technologies, will present on partnership and collaboration cases with Samsung SDS. Additionally, key customers such as KB Financial Group, WONIK, and Upstage will introduce their cases and the effects of adopting Samsung SDS’s solutions. At a subsequent special session, Sae-dol Lee, Special Professor at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), will make a presentation on ‘The Unique Competitiveness of Humans in the AI Era.’
In the afternoon session, Samsung SDS will share with its enterprise customers cases where its key services are applied, such as the generative AI service platform FabriX, the generative AI-based collaboration solution Brity Copilot, and the business automation solution Brity Automation. Additionally, cases of digital transformation in various sectors (manufacturing, retail/services, finance, public administration/national defense, and logistics) will also be shared.
