Collection and Analysis of User Activity History

Logging&Audit stores all activities of users to track changes, resolve issues, and test security of cloud resources. Without additional setting, the activities of the past 90 days are logged and various search functions offer log analysis and efficient log management.

Overview

  • Convenient Log Management

    Various logs created from using cloud services can be stored in the user’s Object Storage by trail. Users can manage logs easily without checking each server or service.

  • Validating log file integrity

    Log file validation feature allows users to check if the log files stored in Object Storage had been changed, modified or deleted after trail creation.

  • Audit on History

    All activity history is stored for 90 days and can be checked anytime via console. The history can be used to track changes, resolve issues, and test security of cloud resources, enabling efficient responses to cyber attacks or failure analysis.

  • Activity Viewing
    1. Store activity logs for 90 days without additional setting :
      Time, resource type, resource name, worker name, etc.
    2. View activity history filtering :
      Resource type, resource name, period, task result, worker name, and path
  • Trail creation
    1. Select services and accounts for logging
    2. Select Object Storage location to store logs
  • Trail management
    1. View/Manage the list and detailed information of created trails
    2. Verify log files and disable logging

    • User-created trails are charged by the log
