  • After the warranty period, technical support is available through a paid maintenance service contract. If you need technical support, please contact us via Samsung SDS Support Portal for prompt assistance.
    Minor updates within the same major version are provided. Due to the nature of the framework, feasibility of support will be evalulated through a system impact analysis. (Costs are borne by the customer and license fees are negotiable.)
    Major version upgrades require the purchase of a new product. Please note that minor version updates are not available without an active maintenance contract. A detailed support plan is available upon request.
