Samsung SDS is aware of that adopting compliance management as the enterprise culture is an integral part of achieving sustainable business operations. To this end, Samsung SDS is implementing various drives to establish compliant systems and standards, including activities for adequate training, inspection, and evaluation required to properly operate the systems.

Compliance Process

Prevention:Activities include providing employee trainning manuals and checklists, operating systems and reporting., Monitoring: Reinforcing regular monitoring and on-site self-monitoring activities through a dedicated team.,Follow-up:When problems occur, identifying causes and establishing measures to prevent recurrence, while running evaluation and 
incentive programs.

    Regular and special monitoring activities are performed using a detailed checklist. Teams seen as high risk are chosen for assessment to eliminate risks in advance.

  • Evaluation and Compensation

    Incorporating discipline and evaluation results into personnel evaluations, while offering incentives for top-performing employees.

  • Compliance Management System

    Independently building and operating systems based on the compliance platform provided by integrating compliance programs
