(4) Period of retention and use of personal information by the person receiving personal information
- The collected personal information is converted to a dormant account after one year (365 days) has passed since the last day of log-in in according to the My Trial service operating standards. It is stored until 1 year (365 days) after conversion to a dormant account or withdrawal from membership. However, if it is required to store for a period of more than one year after conversion to a dormant account or withdrawal from membership according to related laws, it will be kept for the storage period according to the relevant laws.
(5) In case of emergency issue

In principle, My Trial disposes personal information without delay after achieving the purpose of collecting and using personal information or after the retention period has elapsed. The disposal procedure and method are as follows.

However, information that must be stored in accordance with this privacy policy and related laws and regulations is stored for a period determined by the laws and then disposed. Personal information registered in My Trial is automatically deleted when the retention and use period has elapsed by the program applied to the My Trial. In the case of electronic file type, it is completely deleted using technical methods to prevent recovery. Other records, printed materials, and written materials are disposed by crushing or incineration.
The Company takes the technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure safety as follows.

The Company takes measures to manage personal information by designating and minimizing the number of employees responsible for handling personal information.

The My Trial retains records of access to the personal information handling system (e.g. web log and summary data) for at least 6 months and uses security features to prevent tampering, theft and any loss of access records.

User's personal information is stored and managed in encrypted form. In addition, the My Trial uses separate security functions such as encrypting important data for storage and transmission.
