Samsung Cloud Platform Oracle Services offers OCI services to support Oracle software workloads by physically deploying OCI resources in Samsung SDS datacenter. It enhances user experience by making it simple and easy for SCP users to use OCI services.
*OCI offered by SCP refers to OCI for SCP.

Key Features

  • Linking user account between SCP and OCI
    1. Automatically create and register an OCI tenancy/account using SCP user's account and IAM user
    2. Access OCI web console by simply logging into SCP console with Single Sign-On(SSO)
  • Integrating/expanding SCP-OCI user environment
    1. Connect and extend SCP VPCs in user accounts to OCI VCN environments
    2. Connect the Transit Gateway in SCP and the DRG in OCI to BGP peering using preconfigured dedicated lines between SCP and OCI
  • Providing initial configuration of OCI network
    1. Provide a BluePrint feature that help users configure prerequisites for Oracle DB, Exadata, and Weblogic
    2. Create VCN, private subnet and service gateway, and register DRG-VCN attach and IP
      ※ Users can request and use OCI services as needed through the OCI web console
  • Accessing OCI usage history through SCP and enabling integrated billing
