Network Connection Service between Customer’s Premises and Samsung Cloud Platform Region

Cloud Last Mile is a service that provides the last mile circuit and edge resources in a customer’s site for network connection between a customer’s site and Samsung Cloud Platform’s region/site. Resources to be deployed and operated in a customer’s site can be easily requested through service request on the user console in Samsung Cloud Platform.

Overview

  • Providing Circuit-Edge Package

    The last mile circuit and edge resources necessary for connecting a customer’s site and external network, are provided in a package by combining equipment best suited for a customer’s mostly-used application type.

  • Various Edge Connection Types

    Users can select the type of virtual resources and physical equipment. Various options are offered including a router, SD-WAN, WAN accelerator, and firewalls to help users’ network connection.

  • Last Mile Circuit Monitoring Service

    Using a NMS-Plus tool, a monitoring service is provided to help users easily track traffic usage and check on the connection status of the last mile circuit connected to a network equipment housed in a Samsung Cloud Platform region/site.
