Network Connection Service between Customer’s Premises and Samsung Cloud Platform Pop

Cloud Last Mile is a service that provides the circuits and edge resources needed to connect the customer site and Samsung Cloud Platform PoP.
This can be easily applied through a service request in the Samsung Cloud Platform user console.

Overview

  • Providing Circuit-Edge Package

    Cloud Last Mile provides a package of last mile circuits and edge resources for network connection from customer site to Samsung Cloud Platform POP. Edge resources are installed at the customer site.

  • Various Edge Connection Types

    Users can select the type of virtual resources or physical devices(SD-WAN). Virtual resources can be used by selecting various functions such as routers, SD-WAN, WAN accelerators, and firewall.

  • Last Mile Circuit Monitoring Service

    Using a Samsung SDS’s own tool, the monitoring service provides connection status and traffic usage information of the last mile circuit connected to the Samsung Cloud Platform PoP.
