Samsung SDS and PwC Consulting Join Hands to Offer Business Innovation Leveraging Artificial Intelligence

+ Signed agreement with PwC Consulting to jointly offer business innovation based on Brity Works, a robotic process automation solution
+ To offer total service for enterprises’ digital transformation by combining Samsung SDS’s technical capabilities in artificial intelligence and PwC’s consulting experience

Samsung SDS and PwC Consulting signed a memorandum of understanding on February 10, to jointly offer business innovation based on artificial intelligence.

Samsung SDS will provide artificial intelligence technologies including chatbot, text analysis functions and its robotic process automation solution, Brity Works. PwC Consulting will execute integrated consulting for enterprises’ digital transformation.

Brity Works is Samsung SDS’s robotic process automation solution powered by conversational AI that enhances work productivity and reduce costs by automating simple, repetitive work and reducing human errors.

Around 30 companies including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Suhyup Bank, and ETLAND have already implemented Brity Works to automate various tasks like material analysis, customer service, and sales management.

In particular, Samsung SDS is utilizing Brity Works internally to improve its business efficiency. Around 83% of Samsung SDS employees have applied Brity Works to automate 17,800 tasks and saved 550,000 hours in 9 months.
