On September 11th, Samsung SDS held REAL Summit 2025, a customer-invitation event at COEX, Seoul. At the event, SDS unveiled its full-stack AI service strategies covering all areas of infrastructure, consulting, platform, and solutions for AI agent-based corporate innovation strategies and AI transformation.
On this day, approximately 15,000 people participated in the event, including over 8,000 on-site participants and online audiences. They showed keen interest in Samsung SDS’s generative AI services and strategies.
□ June-hee Lee, President and CEO of Samsung SDS, presented corporate innovation strategies in the AI agent era: “Samsung SDS is the best partner that provides full-stack AI services.”
Through his keynote speech, June-hee Lee, President and CEO of Samsung SDS, highlighted the explosive influence of generative AI across corporate businesses and the arrival of the AI agent era. He explained, “The AI agent era has arrived in earnest, where AI can autonomously perform tasks beyond a simple AI assistant. For instance, when booking a business trip flight, an AI agent can, with a single request, analyze the individual’s personal schedule, preferences, and past usage history to find the optimal flight, and complete the reservation.”
He added, “Once AI agents are deployed in the workplace, companies will be able to experience unprecedented innovations in terms of efficiency and speed.”
Samsung SDS emphasized that, to successfully lead AI transformation, expertise in AI, cloud infrastructure, data processing, and security is essential. Lee highlighted, “AI transformation is a journey that requires an overall transformation of companies, rather than merely introducing technology. Cooperation with a reliable IT partner is needed. Samsung SDS is the best partner that provides full-stack AI services for corporate innovation.”
The concept of a full-stack AI includes all components and services essential for implementing and operating AI technologies. By providing everything in an integrated offering, Samsung SDS helps successfully lead complex AI projects.
Based on the Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP), Samsung SDS provides full-stack AI services through its generative AI platform FabriX, which seamlessly connects various language models to corporate systems; the generative AI service Brity Copilot for collaboration solutions; Brity Automation for business process automation; and more. In addition, the company is accelerating AI transformation for its enterprise customers by leveraging its AI consulting expertise and hands-on implementation experience accumulated over time.
□ Sharing Success Stories of Global Partners and Customers

Peter Pluim, President of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, said, “SAP S/4HANA private clouds are provided through Samsung SDS’s safe and efficient data centers. Also, various services offered by Samsung SDS can be used.” Samsung SDS was recently chosen as Korea’s first SAP Premium Supplier, advancing its SCP-based ERP transformation projects in earnest.
Michael Dell, Chairman and CEO of DELL Technologies, stated, “We will create the bright future of AI innovation by combining DELL Technologies’ infrastructure expertise with the AI-based solutions of Samsung SDS, the leader in this area.”

Gyeong-jong Lee, Managing Director and Head of Finance AI Center 2 of KB Financial Group, said that through FabriX, KB Financial Group has already completed the development of various agents integrated with various real business processes (e.g., individual asset management, corporate financial service, financial consultations, etc.). He added that this has enhanced customer satisfaction and has innovated productivity.
Kyoung-ho Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of Innovation of WONIK IPS stated that Brity Copilot’s AI interpretation and automated meeting minutes generation features have improved global communication. He expects that the recently released AI secretary, Personal Agent, will secure business continuity and improve processing speed.
□ FabriX and Brity Copilot Evolved to Become AI Agent Solutions
Samsung SDS highlighted that with FabriX, companies can easily produce, share, and utilize AI agents for their work. FabriX leverages Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) technologies to expand AI agents’ business scope and support several agents to cooperate and generate optimum results.
Brity Copilot suggests Personal agent as a way of innovating individual work most effectively. According to Brity Copilot, this service can serve as an ‘AI secretary that knows me the best’ by using real-time work data and ongoing interactions with users. Notably, various features of the following AI agents will allow the service to be leveraged in a wider range of areas: the Interpreting Agent translates and interprets multiple languages in real-time during video conferencing; the Briefing Agent notifies users of major schedules and to-dos; the Curating Agent recommends knowledge suited to the work context; the Answering Agent automatically responds to work inquiries when the user is unavailable; and the Voice Agent enables users to perform tasks on the go using voice commands.
□ Sharing of Digital Transformation Cases in Various Sectors
