Integrated Management and Registration of SSL/TLS Certificates

Certificate Manager service protects websites and applications that use Samsung Cloud Platform with registered SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) security certificates. Web-based integrated management features support convenient certificate management, from viewing certificates to expiration notification setting.

Overview

  • Simple Certificate Registration/Deletion

    SSL/TLS certificates issued by an external institution can be registered/deleted. When provisioning resources of Load Balancer, certificates can be integrated and validity is also checked for registration.

  • Viewing/Managing Certificate Data

    Certification information, such as the date of creation or expiration as well as target domain, is available using a web-based console. The notification email for expiration of a certificate offers a reminder for updating certificates.

Key Features

  • Certificate registration

    - Register SSL/TLS certificate issued by CA
    - Provide integrated certificate service when applying for L7 HTTPS service of Load Balancer.
    - Provide integrated certificate service when installing tools (Kubernetes Apps' products) required for DevOps Service.

  • Certificate management

    - View registered certificate list (Name, effective date, expiration date, status of the certificate)
    - Send email notification every five days from 30 days before the expiry date.
    - Set up recipients for certificate expiry notifications.
