On March 18th, Samsung SDS held the 41st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Samsung SDS’s Jamsil Campus.

During the meeting, shareholders voted on the agenda items, including financial statement approval, partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, appointment of independent and inside directors, appointment of Audit Committee members, and the approval of director remuneration limits.

June-hee Lee, President and CEO of Samsung SDS, who chaired the meeting, elaborated on business performance and new businesses in his opening remarks.

President Lee emphasized, “In 2025, Samsung SDS achieved 13.9299 trillion won in revenue and 957.1 billion won in operating profit. Notably, the business structure is successfully transitioning to a cloud and generative AI-focused structure, with the cloud business exceeding 41% of revenue in the IT service sector.”

Additionally, he outlined the ‘AI full-stack strategy’ -- encompassing AI infrastructure, platforms, and solutions that drive successful AI transformation for enterprises.

In AI infrastructure, Samsung SDS offers Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP)-centric cloud environments that meet client needs. The company also provides a high-performance AI infrastructure with the latest GPU models in response to the expansion of generative AI adoption.

In terms of AI platforms, Samsung SDS helps connect various global large language models (LLMs) with enterprise business systems through the generative AI service platform FabriX. Also, as the first Korean company to become OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise reseller, Samsung SDS secured more than 10 clients across various industries, including the public, financial, manufacturing, retail, and service sectors.

As for AI solutions, the CEO highlighted that the company supports AI transformation of enterprises by delivering customized global solutions -- including the generative AI-powered collaboration solution Brity Works, as well as emro, o9, and Salesforce.

He also explained the company’s business strategy to reinforce the business execution capabilities of its AI business, with a focus on the AX Center and the rapid expansion of external business through strategic partnerships with global companies.

Furthermore, to nurture AI infrastructure -- the foundation for future growth -- as a new business, Samsung SDS will pursue AI data center business and Design-Build-Operate (DBO) businesses to lead the Korean data center market and to provide a broader range of AI services, including GPUaaS and FabriX.

Meanwhile, Samsung SDS conducted electronic voting from March 8th to 17th to ensure that shareholders could exercise their voting rights without attending the annual meeting of shareholders in person. The company also livestreamed the meeting for pre-registered shareholders unable to attend on-site.
