Samsung SDS Europe is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Grupo Bomontec, a Spanish strategic partner in cybersecurity, resilience and digital trust. The agreement brings Samsung SDS's on-premises enterprise mobility technology to Grupo Bomontec's customers across defence, public safety, government, banking, utilities and large enterprises, and builds on Grupo Bomontec's role as a certified Resell Partner to focus on secure, sovereign digital infrastructure for the Spanish market.

A partner across the full cybersecurity lifecycle
Grupo Bomontec governs, protects, operates, assures and evolves the cybersecurity of organisations that cannot afford to fail. With more than 20 years in business, the group serves public administrations, financial institutions, industry, energy, healthcare, technology and retail. It brings governance, compliance, operations, resilience, secure mobility and in-house products together under one roof, so customers deal with a single point of contact instead of a chain of vendors.
Headquartered in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), Grupo Bomontec combines a technical, regulatory and operational team with its own Neo products, designed and operated in-house on infrastructure in the European Union. Present in Spain, the European Union, LATAM and Africa, the group ends every service with verifiable deliverables such as reports, records, plans and dashboards that stand up to an audit.

The core: Enterprise Mobility Management
At the heart of this strategic partnership is Samsung SDS's Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution, which Grupo Bomontec deploys in Spain as a dedicated, on-premises framework.
The platform is NIAP Common Criteria certified and purpose-built for enterprises and government entities that require the highest levels of protection. It centralises the management of devices, applications and content in a single console, and it operates even within air-gapped networks, so sensitive data never leaves the customer's control. IT teams can enforce strict security policies and automate workflows from initial deployment to final decommissioning across Samsung, Android, iOS and Windows fleets. For Samsung devices, EMM acts as the hub for Knox solutions such as DualDAR, Tactical Edition and Mobile Enrollment.

A joint solution and shared expertise for customers in Spain
The partnership brings both organisations together behind a single offering for the Spanish market. Samsung SDS contributes a globally proven, high-assurance mobility platform, while Grupo Bomontec adds its cybersecurity expertise, operational capability and long-standing relationships with armed forces, police, intelligence and critical entities. Customers receive the combined result: a solution that is governed, deployed, operated and assured by teams who understand both the technology and the regulatory environment it runs in, including requirements such as the NIS2 Directive and the Cyber Resilience Act.
"Our customers operate in environments where an outage or a data leak is simply not an option. That is why Samsung SDS EMM fits them so well: it runs on-premises, it keeps working in air-gapped networks, and it leaves every decision about where data lives in the customer's hands. This partnership lets us offer that level of control as part of our full lifecycle approach, helping organisations move from compliance on paper to control they can demonstrate, with evidence that stands up to an audit," says Pedro Vela, CEO of Grupo Bomontec.
Through this partnership, Samsung SDS continues its commitment to working with strong European technology providers, pairing local market knowledge with global leadership in secure mobility and enterprise device ecosystems.
