Our compliance process reduces the potential for risk arisings from unfair trade, corruption, violation of intellectual property rights, and data breaches.

Compliance activities comprise prevention, which includes company-wide employee training, monitoring, and follow-up processes ranging from evaluations to reports. All Samsung SDS employees are encouraged to be global leaders by complying with all applicable laws and maintaining the integrity of the company to the highest standard.

    Provides compliance guidelines and checklists to enhance the employee understanding of the laws applicable to the company’s business conduct.

incentive programs.

    Incorporating discipline and evaluation results into personnel evaluations, while offering incentives for top-performing employees.

  • Compliance Management System

    Independently building and operating systems based on the compliance platform provided by integrating compliance programs
