Samsung SDS has become the first Korean company to attain Select tier status in the Claude Partner Network(CPN) of Anthropic, an AI safety and research company.

□ First Korean Company to Attain Select Tier Status in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network(CPN)

Following its strategic partnership with Anthropic at the AI Summit in San Francisco in July 2026, Samsung SDS has now attained Select tier status, which showcases its ability to implement, operate, and support Claude-based services.

The Claude Partner Network’s Select tier showcases partners that have certified technical talent and demonstrated implementation experience with joint customers deployed in production.

□ Strengthening a One-Stop AI Adoption Framework, from Claude Implementation to Technical Support

Samsung SDS has already secured the status of an Anthropic Authorized Reseller for Amazon Bedrock, enabling it to provide access to Claude via Amazon Bedrock and support their implementation and operation through Amazon Bedrock, AWS’s generative AI platform.

With its Select tier status, Samsung SDS has also incorporated capabilities for implementing, operating, and providing technical support for Claude-based services.

This strengthens its one-stop AI adoption offering spanning the entire process, including Claude adoption consulting, license supply, service implementation and operation, and technical support.

Samsung SDS plans to expand the implementation of Claude-based AI services and agents tailored to the specific business needs of enterprise customers by combining Anthropic’s AI capabilities with its accumulated digital transformation and AI transformation (AX) expertise across industries such as public sector, finance, manufacturing, and logistics.

□ Expanding Joint Business Opportunities Based on the Strategic Partnership

Samsung SDS and Anthropic entered into a strategic partnership in July 2026 and began actively collaborating to expand their Claude-based enterprise AI business in the Korean market.

The two companies are collaborating in a range of areas, including identifying new business opportunities in the Korean market, joint marketing and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, and training Applied AI Engineers.

In particular, Samsung SDS will continue to strengthen its service capabilities by systematically training Applied AI Engineers, specialists who help customers implement, operate, and rapidly deploy Claude.

These engineers will support the entire process, from planning AI adoption at customer companies through implementation, operation, and technical support.

□ Expanding AI Utilization Experience Validated through Client Zero into Enterprise AX Business

Under its “Client Zero” strategy of first applying and validating new technologies internally before expanding them to customers, Samsung SDS has deployed Claude Enterprise in its own operations first to drive productivity gains.

Samsung SDS also supports the deployment of Claude Enterprise to approximately 70,000 employees across 20 Samsung affiliates as they become AI-native organizations.

Based on this extensive experience deploying Claude internally and across affiliates, Samsung SDS plans to bring proven enterprise use cases and know-how for Claude to its customers’ AI adoption and AX initiatives.

“Samsung SDS is a partner with strong technical capabilities and industry expertise, enabling the practical application of AI to real-world business in enterprise environments,” said Chris Ciauri, Managing Director, International GTM at Anthropic. “With Samsung SDS’s Select tier status in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network (CPN), we will further expand our strategic collaboration and actively support Korean companies in enhancing productivity and innovation through Claude.”

“By combining Anthropic’s AI capabilities with Samsung SDS’s industry-specific digital transformation experience, we will help accelerate AI adoption among Korean companies and create tangible business value,” said Junehee Lee, President and CEO of Samsung SDS. “By integrating global AI technologies, including Claude, with Samsung SDS’s AI full stack, we will support our customers’ successful AX journeys,” he added.
