Copilot is a service that provides quick and accurate responses to user queries on Samsung Cloud Platform using generative AI technology.
It enhances user convenience and ensures accurate work performance through a chat and mini pop-up UI.

Overview

  • Providing Quick Response

    For all contents provided by Samsung Cloud Platform including service overview, user guide, FAQ and architecture center, it generates quick and accurate responses to users through a chat.

  • User-Friendly Interface

    Utilizing chat prompts based on generative AI, users can easily create a query and receive a response. This allows users to process the work efficiently based on Copilot on a full page or in pop-up window for parallel view.

  • Request in Natural Language

    Copilot enables users to efficiently perform basic work such as user registration, downloading invoice, etc. using natural language. Also, users can enter their requests precisely in a pop-up window to avoid confusion in generative AI.

  • Enhanced User Convenience

    Chats are logged so that users to retrieve a history of their queries and responses. Also, the Favorites feature provides quick access to important chat history and an ongoing chat log.
