Discount Service Based on Hourly Spend Amount Commitment

Cost Savings is a discount service that allows to commit to an hourly spend amount for server and database services.
Users can apply for a discount for a contract period of 1 or 3 years by committing only to the usage amount regardless of the resource specifications and OS, providing great flexibility when various resource usage is required.

  • Offering Savings

    Cost Savings is a rate discount policy that allows you to use resources at up to 55% lower than non-contracted rates, subject to a 1- or 3-year usage commitment. It applies to non-contracted resources in the Compute and Database service categories, and the Cost Savings discount rate is automatically applied according to priority.

  • Flexible Discounts Apply

    Even if the user increases or decreases the resource specifications or changes the OS, Cost Savings will be automatically applied to the changed resources, and the Cost Savings fee for each target service will not change based on the hourly contract amount. When increasing non-contracted resources, it can be applied for additional Cost Savings to apply for a discount.

  • Easy Management & Monitoring

    Users can check the difference in cost using Cost Savings compared to the non-contract usage amount through the coverage report with Cost Savings, and check the usage status through the utilization report.

Request Cost Savings → Commitment Period → Cost Savings Cost Savings discount rate applied immediately → Committed amount Add Resources → Cost Savings discount rate applied when adding target resources within the contract period → Committed amount If the Contract amount is exceeded, non-contract rate is applied.
