Danwood partners with Samsung SDS to enable the next generation of Estate Agents and improve customer experience

Danwood today announced a partnership with Samsung SDS Europe to help traditional estate agents bring the online experience in-store. Samsung SDS’s Nexshop solution, which combines interactive window displays with comprehensive online property information from Zoopla, dramatically improves the customer experience of buyers, renters and sellers visiting branches. *Samsung SDS independent research highlighted that 63% of customers preferred the digital experience and 7% were more likely to instruct estate agents using the solution

Danwood is now offering installation and support of the Samsung SDS Nexshop solution, complete with touchscreens and digital window displays, to estate agents across multiple branches or a single office. Samsung SDS Nexshop pulls property data and images directly from Zoopla, to be viewed on a variety of Samsung devices or to be printed or emailed for home viewing.

“Despite the rise in online and DIY estate agents, many house buyers, renters and sellers still prefer the personal touch, as well as the expertise and advice provided by a professional,” explains XXX of Danwood. “Nexshop combines the best of both worlds; online digital tools mixed with an individual experience, to help deliver top notch customer experiences. Danwood’s expertise and support now gives estate agents peace of mind that these systems can be installed and maintained to ensure the experience of buyers and sellers visiting branches is optimised.”

The Samsung SDS Nexshop screens can display images, floor plans and area maps, incorporating Google Street View. Customers are able to "favourite" a property and have all of the relevant details emailed back to them immediately. If customers want printed information, the estate agent can do this seamlessly in-branch too, which all ensures that digital becomes a natural extension to the traditional estate agency service.

“Today’s customers are increasingly demanding unique and personalised shopping experiences that flow seamlessly across all touch points. House buyers and sellers are no exception to this, and the stakes are a lot higher, so estate agencies need to be able to differentiate their offerings and ensure their advisors have all the information they need at their fingertips, while enhancing the in-branch experience,” commented xx at Samsung SDS. “Working with our long-term partner Danwood, we are now able to provide estate agents across the UK with a high-quality installation, service and support.”
