Samsung SDS launches Zero Touch Mobility, a unique solution to simplify and hyperautomate mobile lifecycle management, Certified by ServiceNow.

New York, NY, — October 12, 2022— Samsung SDS, a leading global provider of cloud and digital transformation solutions, today announced the launch of its Zero Touch Mobility solution (ZTM). It received ServiceNow certification and is available in the ServiceNow Store.
The Samsung SDS Zero Touch Mobility is an industry-leading scoped application awarded by AOTMP as the Hottest New Mobility Solution of 2022. It is designed to implement true “zero-touch” mobile device lifecycle management, including EMM/UEM, device enrollment/unenrollment, as well as forward and reverse logistics. The application natively integrates the mobile ecosystem, including major EMM/UEM, into the ServiceNow Platform to simplify and automate mobile lifecycle management through a single pane of glass.

As a result, Samsung SDS Zero Touch Mobility for ServiceNow provides full “cradle to grave” device support by eliminating silos and swivel chairing and enabling truly effortless mobility management.

Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to Apps available in the ServiceNow Store and signifies that Samsung SDS Zero Touch Mobility has successfully completed a series of tests surrounding ServiceNow Platform® security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also reflects that ServiceNow best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Samsung SDS Zero Touch Mobility.
