Section 2 – Manufacturing Assessment: Evaluates the business value-chain including Purchasing, R&D, Marketing, Production, Logistics, Sales, Service, and Management. Also conducted via online survey, producing Assessment Results combined with As-Is Analysis and Best Practice benchmarking, resulting in DT Level and Implication reports for each business process.
Section 3 – DT Roadmap (Illustrative): A 3-stage progression. Stage 1: Implement DT Capability and Infrastructure. Stage 2: Data-driven Business Innovation. Stage 3: Global Leader with DT. Strategic focus areas include: Maximize the Experience and Value of Customer and Employee; Innovate How You Work by Digitizing Business Operations; Optimize Infrastructure based on Digital Technology; Sustainable DT Change Management.

Establishing master plan using DT assessment
Using Enterprise DTA and Manufacturing Assessment, we have identified the digitization readiness-check in five major dimensions of the company and the digitization status in business process.In addition, we setup digital strategy/goal through DT assessment, status analysis, and benchmarking, and established an action plan by defining DT implementation roadmap.
