    Outboundbot service (SaaS) provides a monthly billing plan based on the number of channels (simultaneous calls) and service usage time.

    The minimum number of channels is 4 channels(the number of channels can't be reduced to less than 4)

    *Channels can be added one at a time, and each additional channel will incur an extra charge.

    Service fee Billing based on outbound bot per-usage.
    Support Scenario writing and technical support costs (separate inquiry)

    The number of channels is the number of simultaneous calls and charges per channel.

    Service usage time is rounded up by 1 minute and charged per minute.
    ex) If the bot provides service for 1 minute and 25 seconds, the service usage time is rounded up to 2 minutes and charged.

    Call charges to outbound bots are charged separately as Internet phone charges.
