Samsung SDS establishes the " Code of Conduct Guidelines" according to business principles to accomplish the innate roles of an enterprise and fulfill its social responsibilities, while observing laws and ethical standards.

Samsung SDS adheres to a robust ethical code and seeks recognition for its responsibility and trustworthiness in order to cultivate a positive corporate culture. Samsung SDS is deeply ingrained in and actively practices business ethics.

  • Employee Training on Ethical Standards Ethics and anti-corruption trainings are provided at least once a year for all employees in all operations including subsidiaries regardless of their employeement types.
  • Regular Audits of Ethical Standards Regular and special monitoring activities are conducted for management items, aimed at diagnosing the ethical standards of employees and proactively eliminating risks at least once every three years for all employees in all operations including subsidiaries regardless of their employeement types.
  • Ethics Guidelines for Employees Ethics guidelines for ethical behavior and value judgment for all employees in all operations including subsidiaries regardless of their employeement types in multiple languages.
  • Business Ethics Guidelines Separate guidelines are provided to our business partners to promote the establishment of a transparent trading culture.

Please report Samsung SDS employees’ unfair business practices, unreasonable demands, and corruption, as well as any potential occurrences of illegal acts.

The investigation will be professionally and confidentially handled. Note that investigation may not be proceeded if the content and factual basis are unclear in the case of anonymous reports.
